SOCOM SQUAD: 1/24/2007 - 7/4/2009

hey guys!!

The Socom Squad is a lot like the USA for many reasons but the one which I loathe the most is that we can't fucking trust our government or we run the risk of it turning on us.

The Great r0msboot of 2009
After a topic wipe on ss.net/power/, Pineapple let Mushroom, one of the few people whose permabans were actually deserved, in and then made him an admin for whatever reason earlier today. Him and a few of his friends then proceeded to, as the gang down the street would say it, "totally wreck our shit". Except they didn't, since I'm not stupid enough to put r0ms in the root admin group.

However, I am fed up with him intentionally destroying more of our forums than he can count.

RIP Socom Squad, for the 700 billionth time.
Long story short, Angrehfaic, Splatter, and I got on MSN and had a fistfight before we made the EXECUTIVE DECISION HAR HAR to just let the domain expire this July. A temporary pre-death forum will be set up there shortly, which will be available at socomsquids.net/recharge/ once it is installed.

A Brief Forumography
I don't remember the exact URL of our InvisionFree forums so I won't bother with them.
Here's a list of the .net forums and their dates of usage:

Agreed. Though the people in power weren't always worthless, we have made some stupid choices in this area on the InvisionFree forums. Our own administration has repeatedly attempted to bring us down us over the years.
